About Mindfulness...
Sometimes I forget how much emotions play a role in my ability to stay balanced,
so, as with most spiritual practices, the idea is to REMEMBER to use the tools,
to catch my breath, to slow down my busy mind and my body enough to come back...
Coming back to my Center of Focus, where my True Self lives,
helps me to stay connected so that I can get back in alignment.
One of my favorite things to do is to soften my gaze,
focus on my third eye, and let my breath become gentle again.
Using my breath, slowing down, and bringing awareness
to the present moment support me in staying connected.
Practice... it helps!
